Director and owner of Katka’s Personal Training and Personal Training Studio My Body in Kensington.

I believe in long lasting results, not fast yo-yo diets and fast results. In order to achieve this long life physical change I will help you to set up a healthy lifestyle, build more energy, improved mobility and healthy diet habits.


Who’s Katka?

I am an experienced Personal Trainer and Health Coach, who used to be a professional athlete. After graduating from my Masters of Sports, I moved to Sydney and continued my fitness couching career. To satisfy my hunger for more knowledge in Health and Fitness Industry, I have completed the following qualifications:
