Classes are held in amazing sea front location at Wylie’s Bath under the marquee shelter, where you can fully focus on your body and mind.
The classes are design to keep you strong and mobile in any stage of your life. They are based on whole body principal movement, with touch of DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation) exercises*.
There are two types of classes in Wylie’s bath:
1, Senior – Fit over 60, classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.45am, low cost $20, maximum 12 people. The classes are for general fitness, targeting balance, strength, mobility in circuit form for whole body workout. Expanders (elastic bands), light dumbbells 1-2kg are used.
2, Advanced Strength and Mobility classes are on Tuesdays 5.15pm and Friday 9am, the cost is $40 as each participant has a tailored work out for their goals and health conditions (from strength to sweat), maximum 6 people are in the class. We use heavier weights, medicine balls, vipers, expanders, trx, bosu, floor exercises, foam roll,…. and after the nice sweaty session, you can finish the workout with a jump in the pool.

Also known as DNS, this is a rehabilitation approach which stimulates movement control centres in the brain to activate how our bodies were meant to move by restoring & stabilising locomotor function.
