Katka believes in long lasting results, not fast yo-yo diets and fast results. In order to achieve this long life physical change she will help you to set up a healthy lifestyle, build more energy, improved mobility and healthy diet habits.


Who’s Katka?

Katka is an experienced Personal Trainer and Health Coach, who used to be a professional athlete. After graduating from her Masters of Sport Studies, she moved to Sydney and continued her fitness couching career. To satisfy her hunger for more knowledge in Health and Fitness Industry, she completed these qualifications:

  • Institute of Motion Level 1 and Level 2
  • Certified VIPR trainer
  • Nutrition and Body Fat Managment
  • Exercise Science and Postural Screening
  • Advanced Exercise Programming & Resistance Training
